I called a potential position holder and canceled out appointment for a little later today. I did that because although we've done the interview and he sounds like he wants to do this, checking the history reveals that he hasn't been back on the sight since I sent him the decision video. My message to him was that after he finds time to review the material then we will talk again. I did remind him to make sure to check his junk folder. Not everyone we talk to is ready ... but at least they know we are sincere and serious.
